For different products with different technological characteristics, different production capacity needs, the required oil and deep frying pan types are also different. What about the operating process of the full-automatic fryer?

(1) Check the electrical facilities carefully before starting the machine.
(2) Check piping and valve fastness before starting the machine.
(3) Whether the temperature and pressure of the conducting oil meet the requirements.
(4) Check whether the pressure of air compressor can meet the requirements.
(5) No-load start full-automatic deep-frying pan oil circulating pump, and the oil temperature is above the set frying temperature before feeding.
(6) The feeding of single feeding follows from less to more.
(7) The feeding should be careful not to shoot the material, and the input should be dispersed. If the oil temperature of the frying oil fluctuates too much and the temperature is fast, it will shorten the time of release and the time between feeding time.
(8) The oil level of frying oil is not less than 20cm from the edge of the pot body, so as to prevent oil splashing and avoid scalding accident.
(9) Every once in a while, samples are sampled to check the crispness of the Fried food.
(10) Use fully automatic fryer in accordance with this operating procedure.
(11) Finish the frying work, close the oil inlet and outlet valve, drain the oil, and clean the equipment.
