Equipment Debugging of Potato Chips Blanching Machine
(1) After the equipment is ready, connect the 50Hz three-phase four-wire alternating current to the total switch of the electric control box of the blanching machine, and the grounding wire must be connected.
(2) Adjust the speed of mesh belt according to the blanching time required by food.
(3) Set the temperature of blanching food.
(4) Start the transmission motor, and pay attention to whether the conveyor direction is correct.
