This
meat smoker machine has hot air(drying or baking) cooking, smoking, ventilation, etc. There are mainly the host (furnace) smoke device, main pipeline, high pressure steam system, low pressure steam system, electric controlling part, cleaning system etc..
(1) The host (furnace): Food smoke fumigation cooking process are carried out within the host, the upper is equipped with an electric fan, motor is equipped with high-speed and low-speed rotation, make the coil heater heat and low pressure steam is forced circulation in the oven, control quantity of smoke and uniform temperature. Furnace with a temperature sensor for automatic detection of cooking, drying and smoking temperature.
(2) Smoking device: The upper is sawing foam box, mixing mechanism driven by gear machine, sawing foam cycle with the lower plate of fuming furnace heater, controlled by the ignition button on the electric cabinet, saw foam heat slow combustion and smoke, in the fan host to smoke it.
(3) Pipeline: Includes cooking, drying, washing pipeline.
(4) High pressure steam system: Steam enter smoker from upper furnace, the electromagnetic valve automatically open and close to heat furnace tube inside dish, providing 0.4-0.6 MPa high-pressure steam in the smoking process.
(5) Low pressure steam system: Through the electromagnetic valve open and close send 0.05 MPa to 0.1 steam boiling, used for cooking (start high pressure solenoid valve for cooking temperature balance).
